The Entrepreneurial Arts Program (EAP) introduces business as an art. EAP helps its members to develop creative business and management skills through “hands on” experience. By offering the flexibility to creatively meet responsibilities, EAP allows members to gain an appreciation for ownership and master their own individual art of time management.

As an incubator, the National Black Theatre continues to rent its facility space to community groups and membership-based organizations for events, meetings, conferences, and classes as well as to outside theatrical production and companies for rehearsals and performances. Under the direction of Mr. Nabii Faison, managers of the EAP program negotiate rental arrangements, manage the rental relationships, and provide in-house construction of set designs and other space makeover needs. The EAP also offers affordable marketing (i.e. website/print design and production), audience development support and catering services to its patrons becoming a one-stop shop for all event production and/or organization development needs.
